Return Process

  Review Policy

  Verify that your item is eligible for return by checking for any undisclosed damage or incorrect sizing details within 48 hours of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at returns@etcconsignment.com with your order number and clear photographs of the discrepancy to initiate an authorization request.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all boutique tags still attached to ensure the garment remains in its sold condition.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using a tracked shipping method; upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method.
